Scope
These terms apply to the website circkool.com with its reader accounts and to the Discord application »Pepper« on the Circkool server. The provider is Ferhat Eren, c/o Autorenglück #76028, Albert-Einstein-Straße 47, 02977 Hoyerswerda, email: hello@circkool.com.
Account
An account is voluntary and free. You must be at least 16 years old. One account per person. Use an address that belongs to you, keep your password secret and do not share your account.
Members-only content
Texts, images and excerpts on this website are protected by copyright. What is visible to members only, such as spoilers or extra chapters, you may read for yourself but not copy, publish or pass on. Quotations within the limits of the law remain possible.
Polls
Polls are a non-binding snapshot of opinion. Everyone votes once; in members-only polls once per account. Voting more than once, for example through further accounts, deleted cookies, changing connections or automated means, is not allowed. If a poll is manipulated, it may be ended, deleted or restarted. Results do not bind the author; there is no right to a poll taking place or to its result being published or acted upon.
Discord app Pepper
Pepper is a bot on the Circkool server. It welcomes newcomers, answers commands such as /mond or /zitat and assigns roles at your request. Its helper Kies enforces the server rules, for example by removing spam. Neither uses AI; their answers are fixed texts and not binding statements by the author. Discord's own terms of service apply to Discord itself.
Conduct
Do not use the website, your account or the server to infringe the rights of others, to harass or insult others, to spread advertising or spam, or to disrupt or attack the technology.
Availability
The website, accounts and Pepper are a free service. There is no entitlement to them being available at all times or remaining unchanged. Individual features or the whole service may be changed or discontinued.
Deletion and suspension
You can delete your account in your profile at any time. If an account violates these terms, it may be deleted, in serious cases without prior notice. The server's own rules also apply on the Discord server.
Liability
The provider is liable in accordance with the statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability for this free service is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
The current version is always on this page. We inform account holders of material changes by email. If you do not agree with a change, you can delete your account.
Law
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you live remain unaffected.
